We want you to love your purchase! If your item is defective, different from the photos, or was damaged during packaging, we’re happy to help with a return. Please note that the return process can only be initiated within 7 days after the package has been marked as returned. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for damages caused by consumer behavior.

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to our support team. We will open a case with the shipping agency to investigate the issue.
